Two friends we really respect are part of a team at Metta Journeys who have put together an amazing 7-day trip to Rwanda. From May 3-10, 2008, you will be energized, excited and nourished through a unique combination of African adventure (even mountain gorillas), yoga, meditation, and philanthropy. And you’ll be enriching the lives of the women who live there through a personal and direct connection with Women for Women International.
Those guiding the yoga/meditation are among the most sought after in the field — Sarah Powers, and Chandra Easton. The woman behind Metta Journeys is Jo Ousterhout, who serves on the International Board of Advisors for Women’s International Networking. But don’t think this trip is for women only — it’s for couples, singles, partners, males, and females. And it’s limited to only twenty participants.
